    "Review Text": "Dear Via Rail, on July 23/24 this is my experience.<br /><br /> My full trip was booked from Halifax to Toronto July 16/17 then Toronto to Halifax July 23/24. <br /><br />Trip to Toronto was fine, up until we got to Toronto when a blonde in her 50s, she was a Via rail district manager, made a rude comment when we got to Toronto. My spouse had a hockey bag, cooler, book bag and duffle bag in his hands. The blonde had her luggage in the middle of the exit aile and my spouse accidently bumbed it over. She had the nerve to say \" just look at it\". Imagine almost 100 pounds in hand and she says that? Why was her luggage in that spot in the first place? <br /><br />The trip back was horrible. The  day started with a phone call 11 min before I was boarding my train that the 14 train wont be going to Halifax and was only going to Moncton. Also that Via Rail was not going to do anything to help with the rest of the travel. A family of 3 among so many others were abandoned in Moncton with NO help from Via rail. NO bus, NO car, NO taxi, NO hotel, NO information given at all, nothing offered.<br /><br /> I was on the 64 train heading back from Toronto to Montreal and the train hit a golf cart in Markham, maybe Remington Golf course. Everyone was ok. We were delayed for 4 hours. My connecting train,  14, was suppose to leave at 7 it was held almost 3 hours waiting for the 64. The 5.5 hour train ride turns into 9 hours with no stop to get out for fresh air or a smoke. We had to go right on the next train, 14, and it was 13 hours before we could get off the train for 10 min. No time to get a solid meal, have a smoke or get fresh air. Only train food for 30 hours.<br /><br />In conclusion, 11 min before my train left I was told that I was getting dropped off in Moncton with No help from Via Rail to get to Hailfax. The train from Toronto to Montreal hit a golf cart and delayed the train by 4 hours. I got back 42.55 for a refund, which is crazy considering the horrible experience.  Nothing offered in compensation, just a horrible experience. <br /><br />I gave it 2 stars because it had room, a few views and the very first train was good.",

    "Review Text": "左營駅から臺北駅まで乗車しました。かつて臺中駅から臺北駅まで乗車したことがあります。その時は窓口にて指定席がまったく取れず、やむなく自由席を利用しました。車内の通路にまで人が溢れているような混雑具合でした。長時間、立ちっぱなしとなり、かなり大変でした。今回は、予めインターネット上でチケットを購入しました。指定席は、標準車廂と商務車廂に分かれていますが、商務車廂にしました。日本で言うところのグリーン車でしょうか。席は「2席、通路、2席」の配列でしたが、非常にゆったりしていました。左營駅から臺北駅まで、約2時間の乗車でしたが、まったく疲れずに快適でした。軽食のサービスもあります。商務車廂は標準車廂と違って、早割などの割引は一切ありません。kkdayなどのサイトを経由しても同じです。車内にはスーツケースなどを置くスペースもあります。私は乗り物に酔いやすく、日本の新幹線は、時折、酔ってしまうことがありますが、こちらはまったく酔いませんでした。",

    "Review Text": "My husband and I booked and paid in full a cross country tour via Amtrak Vacations. The first leg out of NYC to Chicago on this supposed 'dream vacation ' that cost over $5,000 was cancelled, rescheduled and cancelled again and we were left to our own devices to get to Chicago on time so that we could actually start the vacation. Amtrak Vacations were completely unavailable to guide us every time we tried to receive their promised guidance, esp if calling after 5:30 pm because their office closes then. I had to book the last two seats on Southwest Airlines at my own cost of an additional $750 so that I would lose the entire 'vacation' . After finally getting to Chicago, we had already lost our first nite accommodation and prepaid excursion, in addition to the rail passage from NYC to Chicago, which we have not received a refund for. Once on the train from Union Station to Glacier Nat Park, we were not given seat assignments and were told seating was first come first serve because the person setting up seating did not show up to work that day. So we were not guaranteed to Sears together for the 30 hour trip ahead of us to Glacier. Once boarded, we found that our entire (coach) car had no power so there was no overhead light, nor ability to use or recharge our devices, including my husband's hearing aids. Seating I  the observation car was limited as was ability to use the dining g car because we were in coach. The bathrooms were rundown,  dirty and receptacles overflowed with garbage. After we arrived days later to final destination in Seattle with supposedly confirmed Amtrak Vacations hotel voucher in hand, we were told there was no reservation for us. Luckily the manager assisted us with an accommodation. But if they had been sold out we would have been out of luck. I could go on further about what a disappointing nightmare this highly anticipated Amtrak Vacation was but it would take a book to explain how awful it was. I filed a formal complaint with Amtrak while in transit and will be pursuing further action with Amtrak Vacations, the Better Business Bureau, the Dept of Transportation/Rail Travel and any advocacy group that I find as this entire debacle was and continues to be totally unacceptable and completely wrong.",

Die Bahn schleicht noch in der Gegend herum wie eine Schnecke. Da kann man auch teilweise nebenher laufen. <br />Ich rate jedem ein Auto zu nehmen oder mit ner Fahrgemeinschaft zu fahren.",

    "Review Text": "Fino ad oggi, ho viaggiato spesso su Flixbus, ma stasera, per la seconda volta, sempre su pullman presi a Foggia, mi è capitato che l'autista abbia fermato il mezzo per andare a fumare senza far scendere i passeggeri. Ma non valgono le stesse regole in tutti i pullman della stessa compagnia? Invece ci sono autisti che non si fermano mai per otto ore e autisti che si fermano almeno due volte a viaggio notturno: com'è possibile? Comunque, a parte che fermarsi e scendere impedendo ai passeggeri di farlo è quasi un sequestro di persona, questo odierno è l'ultimo spostamento che farò con Flixbus, basta. Di soldi gliene ho dati anche troppi.",

    "Review Text": "It was the worst experience ever. The first ride was  from NYC TO DC . They said the bus would be delayed 30 to 40 mins because  the bus broke down and we had to wait for another bus to arrive. Thankfully, the other bus came on time. The bus did not have charging ports for every seat and was old and dirty. The only seat to have a port was  the seat in the very front.  The bus stopped in Baltimore first, but  we were told there would be a 30 to 40 min delay  because  the relief  driver was still on the highway  to get there.  The driver arrived in about 20 mins, but then we waited  an extra 30 mins for transfer  to another bus with no explanation. I reserved a seat for the first bus, but now I was being transferred  to a random seat, so my money went to waste.  We were supposed to arrive in DC at 3:30 pm but didn't arrive until 5 pm! On the way back to NYC  two days later, the bus was 15 mins late and I was supposed to arrive in NYC at 7:55pm but didn't get to NYC until 9M.  If you have plans on the same day you take the bus, prepare to be hours late.",

    "Review Text": "DO NOT Take the NYC to Wildwoods. The advertising says it is a direct ride. Once you have purchased you $104.00 ticket, you will receive an email telling you that the bus to Atlantic City will leave you at the Frank Sinatra GALLOWAY service center and you will receive a text for an Uber which will pick you up any aje you to your destination in Wildwood.<br /><br />I was left standing on the sidewalk, with no text and unable to get through to the support call number which turned out to be a long l wait and no actual operator. <br /><br />Luckily, there was another woman also waiting and she was able after waiting 40 minutes — to get the promised Uber. She told the operator about me and that operated found my reservation but still did not call me or send me the promised text.<br /><br />But I was able to hitch a ride with with her Uber— and was let out in North Wildwood 3 miles from my destination — I walked the 3 miles along the beach to my destination at the wildwood convention center. <br /><br />This company outsourced its customer sales/communications/support  to people in another country — and the Uber driver did not even know where the convention center was.. and refused to let me pay him TJ take me to my destination.<br /><br />I was traveling by day and can walk far but without the support of the women who let me hitch a tide with her / and my ability to walk far., I would have been in a lot of DANGER! Do not take this service.",

За всю дорогу до Львова водитель не сделал ни одной остановки(даже когда его просили) а по приезду обьявил что будет пересадка (которая не была указана в билете) и ждали мы ее 5часов !!! <br />Берут ОЧЕНЬ большое количество передачь, которым уделяется слишком много времени и что сильно сказывается на время прибытия. <br />По плану должна была быть в Житомире в 15:05, а приехала в 21:00 …<br />Персонал абсолютно не входит в положение! Думают только о себе и своём заработке !",

    "Review Text": "Bonjour,<br /><br />Je tenez à partager mon expérience suite à un voyage en OUIGO!<br /><br />Lors de mon voyage sur le trajet Massy-Lille Europe, mon train a subit un retard de 25 minutes.<br /><br />Suite à cela, j’ai demandé au service réclamation d’obtenir une compensation financière. En effet, j’ai dû annuler le taxi que j’avais réservé pour revenir chez moi avec bien-sur des frais d’annulation..<br /><br />J’ai eu la mauvaise surprise de voir ma demande refusée car en dessous de 1h de retard, leurs conditions générales de vente ne prévoient pas de compensation financière pour le voyageur..<br /><br />Mauvaise expérience. Malgré le prix abordable du billet, le service après vente n’est pas compréhensif..<br /><br />Bonne soirée à tous !",

    "Review Text": "台中から臺灣鉄路を台北まで新幹線で移動する。指定席で、弁当は，台中車站で、ガイドさんより受け取る。駅で小生は食したが、女房殿は、車中で食べました。臺灣鉄道で、新幹線に乗るのは、２度目であり、ビールをを飲みながら車窓から見る風景、どうしても農協の正組合員ですので、田畑の風景が印象的であった。ちなみに、台湾南部は３毛作、北部は、２毛作だそうです。",

    "Review Text": "Aud der Strecke Husum-Sankt Peter Ording. Der Zug hat Verspätung oder kommt fast jeden Tag nicht, so dass die Menschen gezwungen sind, den Bus zu benutzen, der auch nicht kommt. Und wir müssen stundenlang am Bus- oder Bahnhof sitzen, was dazu führt, dass wir jeden Tag zu spät zur Arbeit kommen. Warum kaufen wir Tickets? Oder wird hier auch Rassismus angewandt? Kommt der Zug nicht, weil sowieso nur Ausländer reisen?",

    "Review Text": "We decided  for a vacation in Slovenia and to travel by train from Vienna instead of a car ride saving just one hour. So worth it! <br /><br />Price and service: The tickets when booked in advance costed us over 30Eur/person/ one way, 1st class all the way to Villach with more legspace,  email notifications about every detail (offloaded stress from changing the trains). <br /><br />On the way, we had great views of Austrian vallies and then Worthersee. The trainchange in Villach was easy though we had just 8minutes, and we got off in Ljublana.",

    "Review Text": "Кошмар! Не рекомендую однозначно!<br />Было 3 поездки с фликсбас, и все 3 - просто ужасные!<br />Первый раз ехали в марте с Киева в Жешув. Была в Люблине пересадка. Как итог - опоздание на пересадочный рейс, нет связи с Фликсбас, нет помощи, ничего. С Люблина добирались сами. Никакой компенсации денег не получили, никто даже не ответил.<br />Второй раз с Жешува во Львов в мае. Прислали мейл, что автобус задерживается на 30 минут. Приехали вовремя по времени в билете, и узнали, что автобус уехал до 5 минут назад. Позвонили на горячую линию, просили связаться с водителем, и что мы на машине догоним автобус, или хотя бы на границу приедем, там подсядем. Как итог-операторы даже не знали, на какой пропускной пункт едет автобус, и сказали что связи с водителем нет. Деньги так же не вернули, но после многих жалоб на горячую линию, и переписки с оператором вернули ваучером, и сказали ´это вам с БОООЛЬШОЙ БАРСКОЙ РУКИ´ <br />Третий раз закончился отменой рейса, и перебронированием на следующий день. Но нужно было именно в тот день! Сообщили об отмене рейса за 7 часов до поездки, альтернатив уже небыло. Решили попытать счастья в 3 раз, так как остался злосчастный ваучер. С ваучера списали половину суммы за отмену рейса за 2 суток. <br />Я конечно больше НИКОГДА в жизни не сделаю такую ошибку, и не забронирую рейс в Фликсбас, и мне на этот ваучер наплевать, НО! <br />По итогу, сами отменили, сами списали деньги с ваучера, вообщем, самостоятельные ребята)<br />Короче говоря, никому ни при каких обстоятельствах не рекомендую, лучше переплатить, и выбрать альтернативу",

    "Review Text": "I took a greyhound bus from philly to Washington Dc. The bus broke down delaying me by 2 hours. Now, I am on a greyhound back to Philly. Yet again the bus has broken down with a burst tire. The driver has not given us any information about what has happened and all we got was a text from greyhound saying we had to wait in the side of the road for an hour. Use the train.",

    "Review Text": "The customer service and support of ground teams are fantastic at Stansted. Somehow, they are helpful and smiling in the wind and the rain. A group could see I was fed up, tired and confused after a delayed flight and were fantastic (stanstead crew on the 22nd July late shift)<br /> The crew that picked me up from stratford that day at an unGodly hour were so nice, friendly and efficent too. Would be great for more locations, better WiFi and if the website showed more holiday or connected to more holiday destinations as a third party from website. I know you can book through ryan air which is handy. All in all, comfy seats, great service, helpful, on time, regular, ok WiFi, just need more locations please!",

    "Review Text": "Advertir que la empresa de autobuses Alsa está realizando fraude de ley respecto los descuentos anunciados en su página web. <br />Compré 5 billetes para menores de 18 años y no se me aplicó el descuento del 20% por grupo (según página a partir de 4 billetes ya es aplicable en todos los trayectos), ni el descuento por menores (obligatorio y anunciado), a pesar de haber hablado con ellos en reiteradas ocasiones, siendo la única respuesta obtenida que no podían aplicarlos y que hiciera lo que considerara.",

It was pride weekend and the company oversold their seats, leaving the las portion of the people who came on time to be placed on hold for the next bus in an hour. The backlog rippled for upcoming buses, leaving me stranded for 2 hours.",

    "Review Text": "Consiglio veramente Marino Bus per la serietà e la gentilezza di tutto il personale. Se c'è stato qualche ritardo era per il traffico. Pullman puliti ed estremamente confortevoli con ampio spazio per le gambe. C'è un alza piedi che si può usare per mettersi con le gambe comode e i sedili sono reclinabili e di un materiale simile alla pelle. Non posso fare altro che ringraziare tutto lo staff perché ci permettono di raggiungere località dove non passa nemmeno un treno. Grazie di cuore. A presto",

    "Review Text": "I took the ourbus from Easton to NYC. The bus itself, I had no complaints with. But the stop was so confusing. If you take the Easton-NYC line, there are no signs, no one there to help you, you are pretty much left alone scratching your head wondering where the bus will come pick you up. The customer service rep was another problem - she gave me a completely different location from where the bus actually came. Had I listened to her and her misguided comments, I would have completely missed my bus.<br /><br />I would say in short, that the bus itself is rather good. It's clean and spacious, and rather comfortable. That being said, if you are a new traveller and not familiar with their locations, good luck trying to figure out the spots. Both the NYC and Easton, as well as the Hellertown stops, pick you up at completely arbitrary locations. They pick you up on the curb, on the side of the road, and expect you to somehow know where that is. The customer service representatives are atrocious and quite simply very unhelpful. I would not recommend OurBus - take a Greyhound or something slightly more reputable instead, this felt a little too shady for me to enjoy.",

Don't count on this to get anywhere near the time they tell you you will.<br />They mildly apologize and think they offer good service.<br />I do not recommend at all, a waste of time and quite pricey (considering you're missing every connection you have, or any person waiting for you...) <br /><br />Amigo express/Kangaride is Much More reliable and a fraction of the price!<br />We have now a 2 hour delay on a 5h route. <br />I've had a delay of 36h once...",
